Isaac is an Exercise and Sport Scientist with over five years' experience in the occupational health industry, specialising in pre-employment medical assessments, functional capacity evaluations and workplace health screening. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Sport Science and Exercise & Health, and combines evidence-based practice with a practical understanding of workplace demands.

As lead Health Assessor for Praventus Health's Pre-Employment Medical division, Isaac oversees the delivery and ongoing development of the service, ensuring assessments are conducted objectively, consistently and to the highest professional standard. He has played a key role in establishing the pre-employment medical program, developing the clinical procedures, assessment protocols and quality assurance processes that support both clients and candidates.

Isaac is an approved WorkCover WA Audiometric Officer and a qualified Drug and Alcohol Screening Officer, with experience conducting audiometry, spirometry, functional capacity assessments, vision screening, drug and alcohol testing, ECGs and fitness-for-work assessments across mining, construction, transport, manufacturing and commercial sectors.

He is passionate about delivering thorough, evidence-based assessments that help employers make informed, risk-based decisions while promoting worker health, safety and long-term wellbeing — approaching every assessment with integrity, consistency and a strong focus on workplace safety.
